End-to-End Process

Our integrated biomass gasification system converts agricultural waste and organic fuel into reliable electricity and thermal energy through a proven, closed-loop process.

Fuel Feed

Biomass feedstock (wood chips, agricultural residue) is fed via an auger conveyor and compressed air is introduced by the compressor.

Gasification (Reformer)

The reformer converts biomass through 4 sequential stages — Drying → Pyrolysis → Oxidation → Reduction — producing syngas.

Gas Cleaning

Multi-stage filters remove particulates and tar from the syngas. An emergency filter ensures uninterrupted clean gas supply.

Power Generation (CHP)

Clean syngas drives a Combined Heat & Power (CHP) unit, generating both electricity and thermal energy simultaneously.

Heat Recovery

The heat exchanger captures thermal energy from the hot syngas stream, maximizing overall system efficiency and reducing waste heat.

Residual Discharge

Solid residual material (ash/char) is safely discharged at the base ,usable as soil amendment, leaving zero waste to landfill.
